About

Mr. Parker received his Masters in Geographical Information System (GIS) from Penn State in 2009.  His degree was focused on spatial analysis and open source web mapping solutions.  His background in geology and computer science lead to interesting projects in environmental consulting, research, and development.

He has been an adjunct professor and a high school teacher.  Throughout his career he has developed the skills to help people succeed.
